If your AltFit products fail to meet your expectations, please don’t hesitate to contact our team. We will be happy to resolve any issues that arise within 28 days of receiving your order, whether that be through a refund or a product exchange.

To return a product, it should be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it. 

All refunds and returns will be agreed at the discretion of AltFit; however, you can be sure that we take your feedback very seriously. We do not compromise when it comes to quality and customer service.
